Text Box: Outstanding “The Holidays” By Ya'akov Ne'eman The writing in the paper cut is: "Sabbath for rest and Holidays for joy"- The top of the paper cut is the Menorah the oldest Jewish symbol. Surroundings it are all the Jewish holidays. In the center is Jerusalem and a saying: "Ask for the well being of Jerusalem"- The artist put Jerusalem in the center because of his love to the city. After the city was freed in 1967 "Yom Yerushalayim" was Ya'akov Ne'eman's biggest holiday. Baltic blue paper cut mounted on off white mat. This a limited edition of 250 laser cuts, signed and numbered by the Israeli artist Ya'akov Ne'eman A copy of this laser cut is in the permanent collection of Jewish art the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, D.C. Actual size of paper cut 8 1/2"X11 with mat 15"x18"
