The writing in the paper cut is:


"Sabbath for rest and Holidays for joy"-
The  top of the paper cut is the Menorah the oldest Jewish symbol. Surroundings it are all the Jewish  holidays. In the center is Jerusalem and a saying: 

"Ask for the well being of Jerusalem"-
The artist put Jerusalem in the center because of his love to the city. After the city was freed in 1967 "Yom Yerushalayim" was Ya'akov Ne'eman's biggest holiday.

This a limited edition of 250 laser cuts, signed and numbered by the Israeli artist Ya'akov Ne'eman A copy of this laser cut is in the permanent collection of Jewish art  the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, D.C.
